Anthony Rizzo did not take kindly to how hard Willson Contreras threw the ball to first

Willson Contreras is a big, strong man, standing 6-foot-1 and 210 pounds with the ability to do stuff like this to a baseball. That brawn also carries over to his arm -- he is a catcher, after all, and he can light up a radar gun when he puts his full force behind a throw.
Unfortunately for Anthony Rizzo, he learned this the hard way during Friday's Cubs-Marlins game. With two outs in the seventh inning, Derek Dietrich hit a slow dribbler out in front of home plate. Conteras pounced, fielded, took a hop and let one fly -- really, really hard. Rizzo made the grab, but he decided to let his catcher hear about it ... by throwing the ball back at him:

According to Statcast, the initial throw from Contreras clocked in at 89.5 mph -- the hardest throw of the night from a position player, which couldn't have been much fun to catch. But don't worry, Cubs fans: The two shared a big laugh about it in the dugout, as you can see in the clip above. Poor Mike Montgomery, meanwhile, just wants to know what he did to deserve getting caught in the middle.
