The Blue Jays draft a Conine to join a Guerrero, a Bichette and a Biggio, are coming for all the MLB sons

What do you do when you want an All-Star player on your team, but they're retired? They've already played their career and moved on to coaching or clowning fools in rec softball leagues.
Well, you do the next best thing: Draft their sons. All of them. The Blue Jays selected outfielder Griffin Conine in the second round of the MLB Draft on Monday:

He is, of course, the son of Mr. Marlin Jeff Conine.

And already in Double-A, Toronto has three sons of former Major League stars. Cavan Biggio, son of Hall of Famer Craig, is hitting .301/.429/.630 with 13 homers and 43 RBIs for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. Bo Bichette, son of Dante, has 15 steals this year and a career .943 OPS at the Minor League level. While Vlad Guerrero Jr., son of Hall of Famer Vlad, is becoming something of a baseball mythical god as a 19-year-old

They've even got Roger Clemens' son, Kacy. He bashed the ball to the tune of a 1.077 OPS in Class A to get a promotion to Class A Advanced in Dunedin.
Judging by this video posted to Twitter on Monday, Conine should fit in nicely:

Hold your sons close, former big leaguers (or let them go I guess?), the Blue Jays could be coming for you next.
