Eric Thames' 13th home run of the season was capped off with some celebratory camera time

The Brewers had a lot of fun at the plate on Sunday during the team's 10-3 win over the Braves. Jesús Aguilar smacked two homers for his fifth career multihomer game and Eric Thames came off the bench to contribute a pinch-hit dinger of his own. Still, it was Thames' reaction following said homer that made the long ball extra special.
In the bottom of the eighth on the first pitch of his at-bat, Thames crushed a home run that traveled way out of the ballpark. And when it's your 13th homer of the season, and possesses that much power, you have to celebrate with some camera-time:

The ball never seemed to land and the broadcast was worried their cars may have be a target, and they were right -- not many can hit a ball harder or farther than that.
According to Statcast, Thames' bomber had an exit velocity of 108.1 mph and had a projected distance of 464 feet. Now we understand the celebration.
