J.J. Watt crushed a monster blast at Minute Maid Park during his charity's home run derby

(Bob Levey)

J.J. Watt of the Houston Texans usually makes his headlines in another part of town, but on Saturday, he was hosting the 2017 J.J. Watt Charity Classic at Minute Maid Park. The event had more than its share of big names, from fellow Texans Jadeveon Clowney and Kevin Johnson to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Watt, of course, was the star of the show, and he showed why during a home run derby that was part of the programming.

That's some serious power. As if to prove the point, Watt also went deep during the softball game that followed the derby.
It was far from Watt's first time at the ballpark. He threw out the first pitch on April 29, and he's even taken batting practice there before, back on 2013 Opening Day.

It sure looks like Watt did a lot better this time around.
