Jedd Gyorko and Kolten Wong teamed up for the rare 'Stop, Drop and Roll' 6-4 putout

There are many ways to successfully field a ground ball. You could take a quick detour around a flying shard of lumber. You could stick your glove between your legs for some extra style points. You could somehow manage to fall down twice over the course of a single play.
Cardinals shortstop Jedd Gyorko, however, is a true fielding visionary. When Hunter Pence hit a grounder up the middle during St. Louis' 6-2 loss to the Giants on Thursday, it wasn't good enough to just flip to second baseman Kolten Wong for the out. He had to deliver a quick lesson on fire safety as well:

We expect to see the "Jedd Gyorko somersault" bobblehead hit shelves some time next season, Cardinals.
