Feel your heart melt watching Matt Cain's daughter run out to hug him after his farewell

Giants veteran Matt Cain threw five innings of shutout ball on Saturday in the last start of his big league career, receiving quite the ovation from the hometown crowd at AT&T Park. However, he still had one more day in the Majors on Sunday, and the Giants helped make it a special one, too.
First, they won their regular-season finale against the Padres in dramatic fashion, 5-4, thanks to a walk-off home run by Pablo Sandoval -- Cain's teammate on all three World Series championship years. Then, on the field after the game, batterymate Buster Posey led the Giants in thanking Cain for everything he'd done for the franchise.
Cain was moved by the gesture and extended his gratitude to the Giants' fans. After he was finished speaking, his daughter Hartley ran onto the field to give her dad a hug:

It was an incredible moment for the Cain family and a moving way to wrap up the former All-Star's 13-year career.
