Mike Trout's throw was so perfect he and Adam Jones couldn't help but laugh

One of the marks of a truly elite-level player is having the respect and admiration of your peers. Mike Trout has that (and then some), and on Saturday night he added to his legacy thanks to an exchange with Orioles outfielder Adam Jones.
With the O's and Angels deadlocked in a scoreless tie late, Jones tagged up and bluffed advancing to second on a fly out from Chris Davis -- and he bluffed in part because of Trout's throw, which hit Johnny Giavotella's glove on the fly at the second-base bag. No, Jones would not be advancing on the play.
Afterward, Jones gestured to Trout from first base and the two exchanged pleasantries, or more specifically something along the lines of, "Wow, great throw. Guess those arm circles are working!"

It certainly was, though at this point it's not unusual to see Trout pull off a throw like that.

That's what happens when you adhere to a rigorous workout plan and are as pristine an athletic specimen as Trout -- so take notes, kids!
