Ned Yost and Eric Hosmer's pregame boxing routine featured an uppercut from the skipper

Having been together for seven years, Eric Hosmer and manager Ned Yost share a close bond. Hosmer's never had another skipper in the Majors, and they will always be linked by the Royals' 2015 World Series victory.
So, even though detailed handshakes tend to just be between players, it shouldn't be surprising that Hosmer has one with the normally stoic Yost. The best part? Yost shows off some fun boxing moves:

Those are some fierce punches to the chest, topped off by a spinning uppercut. Mickey would be proud.
Given that the Royals followed this routine on Friday by winning their sixth game in a row, maybe it's good luck, too.
