Ichiro asked to do the arrow with Fernando Rodney, so of course Rodney said yes
Ichiro is known for his at-bat routine. Deep squats in the on-deck circle leads into the arm-extended, sleeve-pull as he prepares to hit.
On a recent road trip, the two of them joined together to do Rodney's arrow. Because, as the closer points out in his tweet, when Ichiro asks you to do something, you don't say no.
