Check out the get-well-soon card that Pirates fans made for Jameson Taillon

Since undergoing surgery for testicular cancer on May 8, Jameson Taillon has been in the thoughts of baseball fans everywhere. On Friday, he was presented with a card signed by dozens, if not hundreds, of Pirates fans as he works his way back from the diagnosis.

Taillon has even decided to use this opportunity to become an advocate for early detection and prevention. He told  MLB.com's Adam Berry as he begins work on his rehab, "It's part of my identity now. I've been given a platform."
