Photo of the Day: The one time Randy Johnson wasn't the tallest man on a baseball field

(Clair, Michael)

With impossibly long limbs and a mustache straight from the O.K. Corral, Randy Johnson literally towered over the other players while firing in fastballs.
But at the 1993 All-Star Game, Johnson was bested in the height department. And it's all thanks to New York Knicks legend Patrick Ewing.

While each of these men are incredibly tall, it's striking just how long their legs are. Their torsos seem downright average-sized, while their legs look like stilts.
Of course, while Johnson seems like a myth, he is just like all of us: Pretending to hold lightsabers with tubes of wrapping paper.
