Matt Moore learned he got traded to the Giants while he was playing football

You'd think that if a baseball player was told they were being traded, while they were playing a sport, that sport would be baseball. They are a baseball player, it's baseball season and the team who acquired them almost definitely acquired them for their baseball skills.
But minutes before the non-waiver Trade Deadline passed on Monday, the Giants traded Matt Duffy and two prospects for Rays left-hander Matt Moore. Moore, who was inside a baseball stadium, was, um, playing football.

We're pretty sure the Giants know what they're doing, but let's just hope they didn't mix this Matt Moore up with another Matt Moore who's also a professional athlete in Florida.
