Age-Based Divisions
Junior Giants offers divisions designed to introduce players to the game at the right level for their age and experience. Each division helps young athletes build skills, confidence and friendships while enjoying a fun and supportive environment.
T-Ball (Ages 5–6)
T-Ball introduces the youngest players to the basics of baseball and softball in a fun and encouraging setting.Players learn fundamental skills such as hitting from a tee, throwing, catching and running the bases while building confidence and teamwork.
This division focuses on participation, learning and having fun.
Minors (Ages 7–9)
The Minors division helps players continue developing their baseball or softball skills while learning the structure of the game. Practices and games focus on improving hitting, fielding, throwing and base running while reinforcing teamwork and sportsmanship.Coach pitch is introduced at this division.
Majors (Ages 10–13)
The Majors division provides players with the opportunity to continue building their skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the game. Players develop stronger fundamentals, teamwork and leadership while enjoying a supportive team environment.
Seniors (Ages 14–18)
The Seniors division gives older youth the opportunity to stay connected to the game and continue building confidence, leadership and teamwork through baseball and softball.
This division is offered in select Junior Giants leagues.
Softball Opportunities
Junior Giants is committed to creating opportunities for girls to play and grow through softball. Many leagues offer softball teams or divisions where players can develop their skills, build friendships and experience the joy of the game in a supportive environment.

Special Olympics Division
Junior Giants is expanding access to the game through a Special Olympics division, creating opportunities for youth with intellectual disabilities to participate in baseball and softball in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The division focuses on inclusion, teamwork and building confidence while ensuring every athlete has the chance to experience the joy of the game.
