Volunteer Opportunities

Coach

Coaches help guide players throughout the season by teaching basic baseball and softball skills while reinforcing the Junior Giants Words of the Week.

Coaches also help create a supportive environment where players can grow as teammates and leaders.

Assistant Coach

Assistant coaches support the head coach during practices and games. They help run drills, encourage players and assist with team activities throughout the season.

Team Parent

Team parents help keep families informed and organized during the season. They may assist with communication, schedules and supporting team activities.

Junior Giants volunteers receive resources and support to help create a positive experience for players.

Volunteers receive:

• Coaching resources and guidance
• Access to the Junior Giants App for team communication
• Support from league organizers
• The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their community
