2026 Career Development Summit Details:
The MLBPAA is excited to host the seventh annual Career Development Summit, Friday, Nov. 20 through Sunday, Nov. 22 in South Florida in collaboration with the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA).
Whether you are still in the game or have recently left (10 years or fewer), this program is built to expand any career interests you have for your future. To give as many Players the opportunity to experience the summit as possible, participation is limited to first-time attendees.

Detalles del Desarrollo Profesional 2026:
La MLBPAA se complace en presentar la segunda edición anual del Desarrollo Profesional para jugadores de habla hispana, que se llevará a cabo del jueves 19 al sábado 21 de noviembre del 2026 en el sur de la Florida, en colaboración con la Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA).
Ya sea que aun estes jugando o que recientemente te hayas retirado de tu carrera profesional, este programa está diseñado para ayudarte a explorar y desarrollar oportunidades profesionales para tu futuro fuera del diamante. Con el fin de brindar a la mayor cantidad posible de jugadores la oportunidad de vivir esta experiencia, la participación estará limitada a quienes asistan por primera vez.
