Action continued Saturday at the National Training Complex for the 2022 PDP League, as Team Light Blue gutted out a win in game one to remain undefeated while Team Gray picked up its first win of the event in a pitcher’s duel.

Action continued Friday with another pair of games at the 2022 Prospect Development Pipeline League, held at the National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. The day saw Team Light Blue collect a shutout victory over Team Red and Team Navy securing a comeback win over Team Gray.

The first two games of the 2022 Prospect Development Pipeline League were held Thursday at the National Training Complex in Cary, N.C., and featured the best under-18 high school prospects in the nation.

MLB and USA Baseball jointly announced the 100 players participating in the 2022 PDP League that will take place June 29-July 6 at the National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. Part of the broader MLB and USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline (PDP), the event features the country’s best 18-and-under players and serves as the primary identification event for the 18U National Team.

MLB and USA Baseball jointly introduced the coaching staff for the 2022 Prospect Development Pipeline (PDP) League, highlighted by the naming of 12 former Major Leaguers to the staff. The PDP League is scheduled to take place June 29-July 6 at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. and will again serve as the primary identification event for the 18U National Team in 2022.

Major League Baseball and USA Baseball announced the list of participating draft-eligible players, as well as a detailed schedule of events for the 2022 MLB Draft Combine, which will take place from June 14-20 at Petco Park.

More than 250 players are slated to attend next week’s MLB Draft Combine at San Diego’s Petco Park, including 20 of the top 30 ranked on MLB Pipeline’s Draft Top 200 Prospects list. One hundred and thirty-nine from the Top 200 are set to take part in the event, now in its second year.
