Step Into History is a new Saturday home game experience featuring interactive stations, rare artifacts, micro-tours, and appearances by former Reds players. This new program brings added energy and an immersive, history-driven atmosphere to every Saturday game day.
Every Saturday, complimentary micro-tours are available for members or with general admission from 11 AM–3 PM.

Before the Reds battle the Braves at 4:10, experience a unique collection of artifacts connected to both clubs featuring a bat used by National Baseball Hall of Famer Hank Aaron, a Reds jersey worn by former Red and Brave Deion Sanders, and a jersey worn by former Red and Brave Ron Gant.
A Reds pitcher from 1980-1986, Joe Price will be on-hand to meet and take pictures with fans from 1:00 – 1:45 and will follow this session with a pitching clinic in the Hall of Fame Batting Cages from 1:50 – 2:30. Both events are free with Hall of Fame admission.
1:30-3:30
Experience Crosley Field, the iconic home of the Reds from 1912-1970 with your chance to hold an original Crosley Field usher’s cap, a section sign and portion of the foul line from the ballpark, and a ticket from the last game played at the venerable field.
4:30-6:30
As the United States celebrates its 250th birthday, look back on the Reds’ 1976 World Series title that took place in the year of America’s bicentennial. Featured artifacts include a Liberty Bell-stamped bat used by Reds Hall of Famer Dan Driessen and jerseys worn during the 1976 season by Reds and National Baseball Hall of Famers Sparky Anderson and Joe Morgan.
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Author James L. Farmer Sr. will sign copies of his new book, “Cincinnati Sports Chronicle Volume 3 – 1930 to 1959”. The book is the third installment in a five-volume series chronicling professional sports in Cincinnati from 1869 to 2019. This volume explores the middle decades of the 20th century, an era that saw the Reds capture two National League pennants and one World Series championship, the debuts of the original Bengals football club and the National Basketball Association’s Royals, and the Mohawks hockey club emerge as Cincinnati’s first sports dynasty.
Copies of the book are available now at the Hall of Fame and will also be sold during the event.

Cooper will discuss and sign copies of his newly-published book, “The 1890 Louisville Cyclones: Major League Baseball’s Original Worst-to-First Team.” The presentation is free with Hall of Fame admission. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the Hall of Fame Shop.

In celebration of the MLB All-Star Game, experience an All-Star artifact assortment including Reds Hall of Famer Vada Pinson’s 1959 All-Star bat, Pete Rose’s 1970 All-Star bat and a jersey worn by Reds All-Star Johnny Cueto during the 2015 season when Cincinnati last played host to the Midsummer Classic.

Before the Reds square off against the Pirates at 6:40, experience a Reds/Pirates-themed artifact collection featuring a Dave Parker game used Pirates batting helmet, a 1990 Pirates jersey worn by Barry Bonds and a 1990 Pirates jersey worn by National Baseball Hall of Fame manager Jim Leyland.
An outfielder for the Reds from 2009-2012,and a key member of the Reds’ 2010 and 2012 Central Division Championship teams, Stubbs will meet fans and sign autographs in the Williams Family Champions Gallery from 3:00 – 4:30. The event is free with admission.
4:00-6:00
Highlighting Reds award winners, fans will be able to hold and take pictures with Roy McMillan’s 1958 Gold Glove Award, John Franco’s Rolaids Relief Man Award from 1988, and Barry Larkin’s Reds MVP award from 1990.
An All-Star with the Reds in 1988 and a member of the 1990 World Champion Reds, Jackson will meet fans and sign autographs in the Williams Family Champions Gallery from 3:00 – 4:30. Autographs are free with admission (limit two per guest). Inscriptions are $5.00 each. The inscription, “Immaculate inning in ’85 WS” is $50.

A celebration of Reds star shortstop Elly De La Cruz featuring the jersey Elly wore when he hit for the cycle long with a game used base from that historic contest, and the cap Elly wore in the Reds’ July 4 game against Yankees in 2024
