The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame & Museum will be closed to the public from November 2018 to mid-March 2019 as it undergoes comprehensive modifications to upgrade and enhance the visitor experience. The museum will reopen in March with a ribbon-cutting ceremony prior to 2019 Reds Opening Day.
During the renovations, the museum will CONTINUE to offer Great American Ball Park Tours AND Major League Clubhouse Tours. Each tour guest during this time will receive a voucher for a one day admission to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum during the 2019 season to check out the upgraded museum! Public Ball Park Tours will be offered on SATURDAYS, while Private Group Tours of 15 or more persons can enjoy flexible scheduling opportunities (details below).
You can purchase tour tickets online (links are below). You can also contact the Reds Hall of Fame Box Office during the renovations at 513-765-7923 for more information on tours, gift certificates, merchandise, or general museum operations. The Box Office phones will be staffed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Weekdays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, closed Sundays. The Box Office will be closed on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 for Redsfest.
During the closure of the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, all Great American Ball Park Tour and Major League Clubhouse Tour guests are asked to check in for their tour at the Reds Ticket Windows located at Crosley Terrace by the main gates to the ballpark (Corner of Second St. and Joe Nuxhall Way) near the Ted Kluszewski statue. The Ticket Window will be staffed on SATURDAYS ONLY from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Great American Ball Park Tours offer visitors a chance to sit in a Major League dugout, walk on the warning track directly behind home plate and visit the expansive Great American Ball Park Press Box. Tour stops also include the ballpark's unique Club spaces including the Mercedes-Benz Diamond Club, FOX Sports Club and the Handlebar at the Riverfront Club presented by JACK Casino. Throughout the tour, our guides share a wealth of information not only on the ball park but Reds history as well. Each tour ticket also includes same day admission to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, the largest team Hall of Fame in all of Major League Baseball!

Major League Clubhouse Tours
The two-hour VIP Major League Clubhouse Tour, offered ONLY on Saturdays from late October to mid-March, allows visitors not only a chance to sit in a Major League dugout, walk on the warning track directly behind home plate and visit the expansive Great American Ball Park Press Box, but visit the following areas not available during the season:
- The Reds Clubhouse
- The Visitors Clubhouse
- The Field Level Media Room
- Reds Radio and TV Broadcast Booths
- Reds Batting Tunnels
