MLB Ballpark app - Recalling Forwarded Tickets
Forward the wrong ticket to the wrong person for the wrong game? Don’t sweat it. With the MLB Ballpark app you can recall tickets in a snap.

1. Log in to the Ballpark app
2. Select the ‘Tickets’ tab on the bottom navigation bar
3. Select the event you are recalling
4. Tap ‘Cancel forward’ on all the tickets you wish to recall
5. The recipient will receive a notification informing them that the tickets have been removed from their wallet and returned to yours. You can now access the tickets through the ‘Tickets’ tab

If your tickets do not show up immediately, refresh the app by sliding your finger from top to bottom on your phone screen

Desktop
You may also recall forwarded tickets through your MyTickets account on your desktop by following these steps:

1. Log in to Astros.com/mytickets
2. On the right-hand side under upcoming events, select ‘View All Ticket Inventory’
3. Select the event that you wish to recall
   You can search for a specific event by month in the top left corner
4. Choose ‘Recall’ and select individual tickets or ‘Select All’ to recall tickets for that event
5. Click ‘Continue’
6. Review your order and select ‘Recall Tickets’
7. Once your recall is complete, you will receive a confirmation message and email indicating a successful recall of tickets
