Pro Tip: Make sure the recipient has downloaded the MLB Ballpark app and logged in before accepting the tickets. Be sure to forward their tickets to that email address.

  1. Select the ‘Tickets’ tab in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Choose the event that contains the tickets you want to forward (You can only forward tickets to one event at a time. Multiple events need to be forwarded separately)
  3. Select ‘Forward tickets’
  4. Choose the tickets you wish to forward
  5. Select ‘Forward tickets’
  6. Tap ‘Share Link’ to send through a text message or email

MLB Ballpark app - Ticket Forwarding
Meeting friends or family at Minute Maid Park? Easily forward them a ticket using the MLB Ballpark app. Simply open the Wallet within the Tickets tab, select the desired game, and forward directly to your recipient via email or text message. Your friend will receive a notification that you’ve sent them mobile tickets and how to download the MLB Ballpark app to retrieve them.

  1. Open the MLB Ballpark app
  2. Select the ‘Tickets’ tab in the bottom navigation bar

  4. Select ‘Forward tickets’
  5. Choose the tickets you wish to forward
  6. Select ‘Forward tickets’
  7. Tap ‘Share Link’ to send through a text message or email

Desktop
You may also forward tickets through your MyTickets account on your desktop by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Astros.com/mytickets
  2. Select ‘Forward’ in the left-hand navigation bar
  3. Choose the event that contains the tickets you want to forward by clicking on the opponent logo
    You can search for a specific event by month in the top left corner
  4. Select individual tickets or ‘Select All’ to forward tickets for that event
  5. Select a recipient:
    • Select ‘Choose Friend’ to choose a name from your ‘Friend List’
      You can search for friends by typing their name or email in the ‘Find Friend’ bar
    • Or ‘Add Friend’ and follow instructions to add a new contact
  6. Review your order and select ‘Forward Tickets’
  7. You will receive a confirmation message and email indicating a successful transfer of tickets
