MLB Ballpark app – Verify Email
If this is your first time accessing your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app, you may need to verify your email. Follow these steps to verify your email:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top left of the Home tab
  2. Make sure the email addresses you use to purchase tickets are listed under “My MLB Account Emails”
  3. Send the verification email for the corresponding email
  4. A verification email will be sent to the email address requested. Tap on the link in the email to allow access to your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app

How to Verify Email in the MLB Ballpark app
Planning your upcoming visit to Minute Maid Park? Make sure you have your tickets handy inside the MLB Ballpark app before you arrive. Verify your email address you used to purchase tickets within the app to allow you to see and manage your tickets easily. To verify your email address, tap the profile icon from the top left of the Home tab, and ensure your “My MLB Account Emails” include the email addresses you use to purchase tickets. On gameday, your Home screen will display your game tickets, giving you easy access to view and scan for entry.
