Baseball Camp Program

What it is: A short introduction to baseball or softball that gives kids the chance to try the game in a safe environment.

Who is it ideal for: Organizations that are running 1-2 weeklong sessions for day camps that can easily integrate baseball/softball as one of the rotational activities or offered as a stand-alone week long baseball/softball camp. (i.e.: 2 hours per day/5 days per week)

Number of hours required per kid: 10+ hours.

Administrative requirements: Sign a partnership agreement (with two signing authorities), submit an end-of-program report.

Benefits: Receive a coach kit, an equipment kit, Blue Jays swag, small financial grant if essential for running the program.

When: Programs can run in the summer (between June and August), or in the fall (September and October).

Baseball Club Program

What is it: A longer term opportunity for kids to play on a baseball/softball team focused on inclusion and belonging.

Who is it ideal for: Organizations that have the capacity to run a minimum of 16 hours of programming over several weeks for a consistent group of kids. (i.e.: 2 hours per week/8weeks)

Number of hours per kid: 16+ hours.

Administrative requirements: Sign a partnership agreement (with two signing authorities, submit a mid-point program report.

Benefits: Receive a coach kit, an equipment kit, t-shirts/hats for your athletes, small financial grant if essential for running the program.

When: Programs can run in the summer (between June and August), or in the fall (September and October).
