Adam Jones hit a home run and gifted his batting gloves to a fan, who was in complete shock

Adam Jones hit his 13th home run of the season on Tuesday night. He and Chris Davis homered in the same game for the 43rd time to lead active duos in that category. Pretty cool, right? I have something even cooler for you -- and it's what Jones did after he hit his homer. 
In the bottom of the sixth inning on a 2-0 pitch during the Orioles' 6-3 win over the Mets, the O's outfielder hit a home run to center field:

After he got back to the dugout, he found a young fan in the crowd, pointed him out, and gifted him his batting gloves:

It appeared the fan was in shock as the usher handed him the gloves.
