Meeting Nolan Ryan is nerve-wracking for big leaguers too

Nolan Ryan was pretty darn good at baseball. The large Texan pitched in the Majors for a mind-blowing 27 years -- amassing over 300 wins and and a record 5,714 strikeouts.

All those achievements turned Ryan into one of baseball's most recognizable and revered figures. That's why it's totally understandable that meeting even the most cool-headed MLB All-Star would be nervous meeting him.
Two of this year's All-Stars -- Mitch Moreland of the Red Sox and Gerrit Cole of the Astros -- both revealed their own stories of being extremely starstruck upon getting to meet Nolan Ryan.
Check out the video at the top of the post to hear Moreland and Cole tell their stories about the pitching legend.
