Former Eagles safety Brian Dawkins got Phillies fans pumped up at Bryce Harper's debut

With Andrew McCutchen, Jean Segura, J.T. Realmuto and Bryce Harper all joining the club this winter, it's not like Phillies fans need any extra help getting hyped for the upcoming season. Well, they got it anyway, in the form of former All-Pro Eagles safety and ultimate pump-up man Brian Dawkins, who swung by the Phillies match-up against the Blue Jays on Saturday afternoon.

Earlier in the day, Dawkins spoke to the whole Phillies squad in the clubhouse, which must have been quite the invigorating experience.

And then before the team took the field, Dawkins addressed the sellout crowd at Spectrum Field, bringing the type of enthusiasm and energy that only a former NFL football man can.

If the Phillies get Dawkins to speak to the team and crowd before every game, they'll go 162-0. Book it.
