The B.O.A.R.D.: It's Rule 5 Draft day, so let's rank the five best rules in baseball

We spent October ranking the defining things of the postseason, and now we're doing the same thing with the offseason! With so many Hot Stove moves going on around the Winter Meetings, we'll review all the happenings and let you know who or what this offseason belongs to.
The Winter Meetings has just about wrapped up, but there was still one more bit of business to attend to on Thursday morning: the Rule 5 Draft, a great chance for your favorite team to find a diamond in the rough (or at least add a hilarious name to the organization).
