Despite not being on the World Series roster, Chase Utley took grounders before World Series Game 5

(Mike Zarrilli)

Chase Utley will go down in history as one of the best second basemen to ever play the game. While he was obviously blessed with oodles of natural ability, it also took decades of hard work. So, it shouldn't be shocking that before Sunday's World Series Game 5, Utley was seen taking ground balls on the Dodger Stadium infield.
The only difference is: Utley's not on the World Series roster. So, even though he won't be playing -- and his retirement will begin later tonight if the Dodgers lose -- he's still working on his game every possible moment.
