There are better words for 'home run' than 'big fly'

LOS ANGELES, CA - SEPTEMBER 18: Chris Taylor #3 of the Los Angeles Dodgers celebrates his solo homerun to win the game 3-2 over the Colorado Rockies during the 10th inning at Dodger Stadium on September 18, 2018 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Harry How/Getty Images) (Harry How/Getty Images)

Earlier this week, Cut4's Chris Landers wrote a post ranking the top 26 slang terms for "home run." He put "big fly" at No. 1. On this week's Cut4Cast, Dakota Gardner, Gemma Kaneko and Michael Clair vehemently disagree with him and even make up some new terms on the spot (25:06).
They also discuss the Cubs' habit of wearing their uniforms out and about (2:37), Fenway's rodent visitor (10:34) and the single-season feats they're anticipating before the end of the year (17:20). To listen to the whole episode, find the Cut4Cast on iTunes or click play below:
