Josh Collmenter flips pancakes for charity, drops some expert pancake knowledge

Josh Collmenter is a man of many talents -- he's a professional pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks, he's a physics teacher, he's a serious sunflower seed collector:

But on Tuesday, we may have learned of his greatest skillset: flipping pancakes.

Yes. We see you, Josh Collmenter.
The right-hander was helping give away free IHOP flapjacks -- while also raising money for Phoenix Children's Hospital -- on National Pancake Day. After doing some flipping, Collmenter gave us his secret pancake ingredient and informed us that Thomas Jefferson was a big fan of the 30,000-year-old breakfast cake (this is absolutely true).
Check out his full interview in the above video and eat as many pancakes as you can.
