Daniel Murphy totally deked Yoenis Cespedes on a line drive and was very pleased about it
Yoenis Cespedes, a very cool and good baseball player, is a hard person to make look bad on the field of play. But in the second inning of Thursday's Nationals-Mets game, second baseman Daniel Murphy totally faked out the Mets outfielder on a line drive single to right field -- keeping him from going first to third. And boy, did he enjoy his work:
Not quite the "Deke of the Century," but still, very respectable.
