The AHL's Springfield Thunderbirds are wearing Red Sox-styled jerseys for David Ortiz Night

For years, we all watched David Ortiz slug his way to history -- all the while sporting that classic Boston Red Sox jersey.
The Springfield Thunderbirds, an AHL affiliate of the Florida Panthers who play their home games in Springfield, Mass., are also clearly fans of Big Papi. The T-Birds will proudly show off their appreciation for the player-turned-TV-analyst on Saturday, Nov. 11 when they don special Ortiz-themed jerseys. 
They look pretty great:
