Photo of the Day: David Peralta flashed some ginormous leather during pregame activities

When it comes to trying out new equipment, it's nice to see that big leaguers are open to experimenting with just about anything -- even a big (and we mean ginormous) glove.
During Sunday's D-backs-Reds pregame activities, David Peralta showed off some flashy new leather -- that was about the size of a small child:

Hey, whatever helps. 
This could be a great defensive asset, yes. But can you imagine how much assistance it could provide by blocking the sun that seems to be taking over Spring Training? Or what Harrison Bader could do with it?

Don't expect to see these in actual games ... yet. Might be tough fitting them in your locker.
