George Springer gave some Houston traffic updates with a local news station

George Springer is no stranger to live television at this point. Earlier this offseason, he and some of his fellow Astros participated in Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update. It appears that that small taste of news reporting got Springer hooked.
On Tuesday, he stopped by ABC13 in Houston for an interview and to assist traffic reporter Katherine Whaley. During his appearance, he showed off his knowledge of traffic patterns around Minute Maid Park while dabbling in some zen philosophy. In Houston, "traffic just becomes a part of who you are," said Springer.

In Mike Trout, baseball already had a weatherperson. With Springer's newly debuted interest in traffic reporting, baseball players could form their own evening news program. They still need an anchor. Perhaps Chris Archer would be interested ...
