Blue Jays reliever Joe Biagini's favorite thing about Canada is the 'smiling rate'

Apparently there's a bit of a cultural learning curve when you play baseball in Canada. J.A. Happ, for example, still doesn't get the whole "milk-in-bags" thing. But Blue Jays reliever Joe Biagini seems to have adjusted well, telling Sportsnet's Jackie Redmond that his favorite thing about Canada is that the "smiling rate is much higher than other countries."
That adorable tidbit is one reason you should watch this interview. But you should also watch it because it turns out that Biagini is the master of the awkward pause.
