Jose Altuve and Alex Bregman turned a nifty double play while in the Astros' shift

It's a challenge for teams to win the World Series without strong chemistry between teammates, and the Astros demonstrated that they had that in spades last October. José Altuve and Alex Bregman showed off this connection again on Thursday night.
Jed Lowrie led off the third for the A's with a walk against Lance McCullers Jr., bringing Khris Davis to the plate. The Astros deployed a shift against the slugger, putting Altuve slightly toward the shortstop side of second and Bregman in the normal shortstop position.
Davis hit a grounder up the middle toward Altuve, who probably could've run to step on second as well, but Bregman was already on the move. The result was quite the photogenic double play:

They don't make them look much better than that.
