Jose Bautista's homer knocked a fan's beer out of his hands, just as Bautista did last season on a foul ball

Facing Max Scherzer in the fourth inning of the Mets' 5-4 loss to the Nats on Thursday at Citi Field, José Bautista had his hands full. Scherzer's no slouch on the mound, after all.
But Joey Bats squared up an offspeed pitch from Scherzer, crushing it deep to left field for a solo home run that also crushed a surprised fan's full cup of beer:
