Joe Maddon asks Kyle Schwarber's 'dad,' Eric Hinske, what position his 'son' should play

Prompted by a question from the audience at the Cubs Convention about what position Kyle Schwarber will play in his first full year with the Cubs, Joe Maddon wanted to ask the maybe-catcher/maybe-outfielder's dad for his opinion. But not Schwarber's real dad, his baseball dad: Assistant hitting coach Eric Hinske.
See, there are a lot of people -- Cubs fans, players, coaches, professional baseball reporters -- who think Hinske and Schwarber's resemblance is familial.
Hinkse explained:
"I always get, 'Hey Kyle, will you sign this?' And I'm 38 years old, so that makes me feel good -- he's like 22."
Let's review. Here's Hinske:

This is Schwarber:

And here is one of them wearing a hat and sun glasses, we can't tell which:

(Kidding: It's Schwarber.)
Hinske's grown out his beard this winter, so he might look more like Schwarber's cool uncle in 2016. But at the Convention, he was still dad.
As for Maddon's question: "So, where does dad want to see him play? What does daddy think?"
"I want him to hit left-handed, and hit home runs," Hinske responded.
Father knows best.
