This Little League umpire's strike-three call might be the most ridiculous you'll ever see

Remember Leslie Nielsen's umpiring performance in "The Naked Gun"? Here's a nice little refresher:

Well, we found (or Edwin Encarnacion somehow found) a Little League umpire who seems to come from that same school of umpiring. Except, it's maybe even more ridiculous. 

This umpire's definitely watched The Naked Gun.

Did he just die and come back to life? Is he a zombie umpire? Should we be concerned? One thing's for sure: That kid will probably swing the bat next time up.
