Minute Maid Park revealed some delicious new and enhanced ballpark food items for 2018

When it was the Astros turn to host the World Series last season, Minute Maid Park had some tantalizing and unique food items including the "Earn History Burger." This monstrosity included two grilled patties topped with Nolan Ryan brisket, sausage and bacon. Yes, this was an actual thing.
This time around, Minute Maid Park executive chef Dominic Soucie wants to not only make great food, but have fans experience the whole ballpark, as well.
"The loaded tots are always nice, and that's a good one because we're going to be able to change those out a lot, Soucie said of the ability to update toppings. "It's going to bring people to centerfield and we want people to experience other parts of the ballpark than just the sections they're sitting in."
Though there's a Shake Shack and a Torchy's Tacos in center field, the chef wanted to bring more in-house items including high-end burgers like the BBQ Beef Burger Sliders. These bad boys contain beer battered onion rings, bacon, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce topped with jalapeno kale slaw on a jalapeno cheddar bun:

Not for you? That's OK. There are many other options like the Caribbean Dog -- which is a mini dog with braised pork, mango, black bean pico, guacamole and sour cream, or the Loaded Taco Salad Tots -- tator tots with fried tortilla strips, sour cream, beef picadillo, queso, iceberg lettuce, black bean pico, olives and thousand island sour cream:

And for the sweet-toothers out there, you can treat yourself to some cookie dough after your demolished any of the behemoth burgers -- or before, we don't judge.
Needless to say, you (or your stomach) will not be disappointed if you find yourself at Minute Maid Park this season.
