Check out all the awesome custom gear big leaguers are sporting for Players Weekend

From the moment we saw the nicknames, we've been counting down the days. And now, it's finally here: Friday night marks the beginning of Players Weekend, a three-day extravaganza in which just about the only limit to what a player can wear is their own imagination. Custom bats, custom cleats, custom gloves and, of course, custom uniforms -- this weekend will have it all, and you can find all the highlights below.
Adam Duvall got himself a fresh new bat for the final game of Players Weekend:

CC Sabathia's cleats say he's ready for Sunday's Game of Thrones season finale.

Some players forgot to send in their nicknames, which happens to the best of us. Mitch Haniger was one of those guys ... The colors still look amazing though.
