Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez -- or J-Rod, as the kids call them -- have had a very busy summer. They've popped up at the Met Gala, spent some poolside time with family, celebrated birthdays and tended to business matters -- all while snapping photos in just about every spot imaginable. 
With such a jam-packed schedule, it's important to carve out some downtime to kick back and relax. Which is why it's so nice to see that J-Rod spent Thursday night at a park (Washington Square Park? Union Square?) in New York City:  

Don't worry, they'll be back to impromptu carpool karaoke jams in no time.
