Just who was Mike Napoli talking to on the dugout phone on Wednesday?

Dugout phones are generally reserved for managers or coaches to use when trying to reach the bullpen (or for nine-time All-Stars when they want to bash something into oblivion). But before the Indians' 5-4 win over the Rangers on Wednesday, professional sliding expertMike Napoli was spotted using the device and sighing deeply into the receiver's ear:

But just who was he talking to? Napoli isn't telling: "I have a little something going on with somebody on the team," he told MLB.com's Jordan Bastian after the game. "[Somebody] in the bullpen."
It wasn't me. Was it you? Take our poll below to give us your opinion on this very important matter.
