President Obama's gameday in Havana: Do the wave, celebrate a run, hang out with Derek Jeter

President Barack Obama has had a whirlwind 48 hours since arriving in Cuba. He became the first sitting president to visit the country since Calvin Coolidge, gave a news conference with Cuban President Raul Castro and talked with Derek Jeter.

Now, President Obama had plenty to be excited about while in Havana to watch the Rays take on the Cuban National Team. He got to meet the Rays:

Including Chris Archer, who's been asking to hang out for a while:

And he did the wave, sandwiched between First Lady Michelle Obama and Cuban president Castro:

He and the First Lady even got to celebrate Kevin Kiermaier's first run for the Rays like any fans would, jumping out of their seats and yelling "SAFE:"

So yeah, a lot of very cool stuff for the president on Wednesday -- but seriously, it's not every day you get to hang out with The Captain, you know?
