Adrian Beltre has moves like James Brown on the basepaths

Adrian Beltre just recently turned 37 years old -- a time when many ballplayers see their numbers decline and might think about retiring. But Beltre, who's posted a 12.8 WAR over the last two years (and gotten off to a strong start this season), continues to defy time and the aging process that affects most human beings. He's hitting baseballs and playing defense and joking around like a player half his age. 
And during the Rangers' 3-1 loss to the Angels on Sunday, he showed that his legs were as fresh as ever.
