Yankees Minor Leaguer Russell Wilson threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Mariners game

Some know Russell Wilson as the quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks. Others know him as a player in the Yankees organization. The Yanks acquired Wilson from the Rangers for future considerations in February -- and he even got in on some action during Spring Training. And while his baseball career was shortlived, he proved he still has some baseball skills.
Prior to Friday night's Red Sox-Mariners game, Wilson found himself back on the diamond. This time, he was throwing out the ceremonial first pitch to Félix Hernández:

Hernandez caught it on the hop, but it's safe to say Wilson's form is still there.
The Seahawks just wrapped up their offseason workouts with a three-day minicamp that concluded on Thursday at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Wash. It looks like he's more than ready for the NFL season to start.
