The NC Dinos closed out a game in style ... with a triple play
Imagine the scenario: It's the ninth inning. Your team has a three-run lead, but runners are on first and second with no outs. What would be a good outcome? A popup or strikeout would be nice. A double play would be even better.
Of course, there's a better option that you didn't dare mention so as not to appear greedy. Your team could turn a triple play and nip the opposition's rally in the bud. But that doesn't happen, so why even mention it?
The NC Dinos of KBO imagined the game-ending triple play and made it happen.

The spectre of a comeback hung around two batters too long for the Dinos' taste. So, they ended it the quickest way they knew how.
