You don't really get do-overs in real life. That's why we were kind of sad for a fan who, in the fifth inning of the Mariners' 5-3 victory over the Orioles on Thursday, let Seth Smith's home run ball slip away from him.
After all, how often will you be sitting in the exact spot a home run is hit? What are the odds it'll ever happen again? That guy probably missed the only chance he'll ever have in his life to -- oh, wait, Hyun Soo Kim hit another homer to him in the seventh? And he missed that one too?
