Jorge Alfaro struck out against Sean Doolittle and reacted by snapping his bat over his knee

Not many of us can say we've attempted it, but you can imagine breaking a wooden bat over the knee requires a lot of strength. Bo Jackson is one of the few who used to make it look easy …

On Friday night when the Nationals topped the Phillies, 11-10, Jorge Alfaro proved he has the strength, and perhaps the frustration, to snap a bat in half.

It was a strikeout, on an 0-2 count, from a fireball thrown by Sean Doolittle that caused Alfaro's reaction to make us reminisce over Bo Knows. And by the looks of it, he's going to come back guns a blazin'.
Alfaro will live to see another at-bat, but the two wooden pieces will have to say their goodbyes. Also, do not try this at home, leave it to the professionals.
