Grady Sizemore is back with the Indians to show them how to be as good as his '08 season

On Tuesday, the Indians announced they were bringing back none other than Grady Sizemore -- but not as a player on the field:

MLB.com's Jordan Bastian reports that Sizemore will serve as an "advisor to the Tribe's player development department" during Spring Training. If any Indians fans are wondering how, exactly, Sizemore will advise Cleveland's young players, the answer seems obvious: He'll have them watch highlights from his 2008 season.
Sizemore's '08 campaign with the Indians was arguably his best year in the Majors. He mashed 33 homers, legged out 39 doubles and swiped 38 bases. The outfielder was appropriately rewarded with his third consecutive All-Star Game, his second Gold Glove Award and his first Silver Slugger Award.
But as a newly hired player development advisor, Sizemore surely knows that showing is better than telling. So, he'll probably just show them how to mash homers like his 32nd homer of '08, a ninth-inning, game-tying solo shot that rang off Progressive Field's right-field foul pole:

He'll definitely have plenty of dingers to show them:

And multi-dinger games:

On the other side of things, he can teach the Indians how to run headfirst into the outfield fence and rob a home run:

Yes, that's the stuff. Class is in session.
