The app is the only way you can make reservations for free autographs, to play in the MLB Arcade, and to secure your spot to watch the MLB Draft live in person and more!

How do I register to attend Capital One PLAY BALL PARK?

Who needs to register to attend Capital One PLAY BALL PARK?

All fans planning to attend Capital One PLAY BALL PARK are required to complete a registration. Registration is mandatory for entry. Only those 18 or older can register; anyone younger must be registered by someone 18+ to enter.

How do I enter Capital One PLAY BALL PARK?

Upon successful registration, fans will receive a QR code which will be scanned at the entrance to Capital One PLAY BALL PARK. QR code will be emailed to fans and will be available in the MLB All-Star Experience Pass app.

How do I log in to the MLB All-Star Experience Pass app to complete my registration?

Log in with your MLB Account - this is likely the same email address & password you use with the Ballpark app.

Is the MLB All-Star Experience Pass app the same as the Ballpark App?

No, the Ballpark App houses your tickets to events like the All-Star Game, while the MLB All-Star Experience Pass app has everything fans need to have the best time at Capital One PLAY BALL PARK.

Do I need to download the Ballpark App?

You only need to download the Ballpark App if you’re planning to attend the indoor (paid) portion of Capital One PLAY BALL PARK. Just like the regular season MLB game, your tickets will appear in the Ballpark app. Quickly navigate to the Ballpark app in the MLB All-Star Experience Pass app by tapping the My Event tab; you will find a tile for the Ballpark app at the bottom of the screen.

What if I do not have a smartphone or do not want to download the MLB All-Star Experience Pass app?

While it is highly recommended you have the app, if you do not have a smartphone, you won’t be left out of the fun! Be sure to register for Capital One PLAY BALL PARK on the web prior to your arrival by navigating to allstargame.com/register. Your QR code will be emailed to you; be sure to save or print your QR code as it is required for entry.

Once on site, a team member will scan your code to enter.

NOTE: while you’ll be able to enter Capital One PLAY BALL PARK, without the app, you will not be able to participate in many activities on site.
